Breakfast buffet
Fragrant coffee in the morning, fruity juices, freshly prepared egg dishes, crispy cereals: For a good start to the day, boss Kathrin Sluyter and her hard-working helpers conjure up a rich breakfast buffet every morning. Included: many delicious specialties from the Uckermark from local suppliers. Fresh, seasonal and regional.
For breakfast we serve coffee from Privatrösterei Wilinski, fresh juices from Mosterei Klimmek in Angermünde, and we make jams and jellies. And also the busy little bees from the region provide delicious honey. By the way, we only have strawberries when the time is right. For those who like it vegan, gluten or lactose free: on request we serve special products of your choice. On selected dates we also offer brunch!

Restaurant
Real, genuine, Uckermark: We cook mainly seasonal and with a lot of passion – and that in the morning and evening. Ingredients from selected regional partners and local delicacies are served fresh. Traditional hearty dishes are made even more digestible with fresh herbs such as thyme, rosemary or fresh mint from the hotel’s own herb patch. Choose a suitable wine accompaniment from our large selection, “only” (special) German wines or treat yourself to a freshly tapped beer from the region.
And after the meal there is an original “Prussian Whisky”, the special single malt, which is produced in the distillery in Schönermark, very close to Felchow. Or a liqueur / brandy from Grumsin.

How does the Uckermark taste?
We cook mainly seasonal cuisine with a lot of heart, love and passion – in the morning and in the evening.
The cuisine of the Uckermark is down-to-earth. Uckermark aspic with fried potatoes, potted sausage with sauerkraut or a hearty stew with rutabagas, called “Wruke” warm the belly especially in the cold season. Squashed potatoes with sweet and sour egg or a real Brandenburg garlic bread are also popular. The popular Fliederkreude, a reduced elderberry juice, may be used to refine both hearty and sweet dishes. And goes equally well with steamed carp, the typical fish specialty of the region.
The selected ingredients of our regional partners and suppliers and the delicacies of our surroundings come fresh to our table. And after the meal there is an original “Prussian Whisky”, the special single malt, which is produced in the distillery in Schönermark, very close to us. Always fresh on tap: a fresh Urtyp, Pils or Weizen from the Boitzenburg Brewery.

What could be better than spending an anniversary with family and friends? Enjoy our delicious home cooking with more common menus or from the varied buffet. We have a large selection of German wines to match. The right drop for every taste.
We can accommodate up to 85 guests. In the Landhotel Felchow you will find the right ambience and the surrounding nature in the national park invites you to an original uckermark canoe tour or a family walk.

The restaurant can be booked for celebrations in the morning and evening and in combination with overnight stays. And to ensure that the morning begins just as harmoniously as the lavish party the night before, people meet in an uncomplicated way at the breakfast buffet to review the evening.
